We really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The venue was clean and simple, with free wi-fi available.- The location was fantastic, right next to the city center, Bord Gais Theatre, and a convenience store.- The hotel is very close to Le Bon Crubeen, a great place for dinner.- The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of food options.

The location is ideal, 5 or maximum 10 min. walk to O'Connell Street, there is a bus stop (to the airport) about 50 meters away. There is a tram line nearby and many services (supermarkets, restaurants, cafes..). Another point and very important is the daily cleaning and change of towels. Also the reception 24h, so you forget to take with you the room keys and finally the detail of the teapot, instant coffee and milk to make a quick coffee is appreciated.
soundproofing is quite poor, especially between rooms. Another point perhaps would be maintenance... our toilet was "a little" loose from the floor ( but it worked perfectly ) and floor although it was carpeted the creaking of the boards was inevitable. Breakfast seems a little expensive to me, if it is true that it is something optional, in our case we did not choose it, there are many places where one can have breakfast. Lack of elevator.

Rooms were well-maintained and reasonably large, well done!
We had a good stay in a long time. We appreciated the hotel, it was lovely quiet and had fab location near O'Connell Street and restaurants and bars and airport bus stop. The breakfast was savoury with lots of delicious options.

Individually cooked breakfast, friendly staff, convenient location, cleanliness.
Two beds crowded the single room. I had trouble understanding the hot water system.

Value for money! Good location: 5 min by walk from city center, 2 min from bus station Busaras. Good restaurante at the next door, TESCO is accross the street. Very kind and helpfull staff.
It can be noisy in some rooms because of tram line. It's cold in the room 19 and the heating element is on the top of the bed.

Couldn't have picked a more central location and the staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful.

The bar staff were really friendly, they had karaoke on in the evening. A great atmoshere, I would never normally participate in karaoke but the atmosphere was so great
The room was nice & clean but decorated in very dark colours & the tv didn't work but as I didn't spend a huge amount of time in the room, it didn't matter.

Cosy room with three single beds and a comfy chair. The windows could definitely use some double glazing, but overall, I had a great time here. Everything was spot on. 😊
